What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?
Some of the most hard decisions made that have shaped my career paths also personal experiences helping to shape up and develop in several ways! Decisions are made all the time- Somi’s going through well and some leading you into paths that were unexpected and unplanned!
The decision to move to another country for a work assignment was a tough one as it was to move alone without family , friends or relatives or anything familiar! The journey of letting go of all the old and familiar to something new and different while also being uncertain.
Creating a fresh path for self and others!
The steps taken in the dark leading to light, clarity and peace was not an easy one , yet fulfilling and rewarding in more than one!
The letting go of past events and still staying hopeful was another hard decision!
The learning to forgive those who did not apologize and staying cheerful 😀. The learning to accept that which is and saying a clear no to that which hurts and that which breaks!
